Josephine’s career began as a graphic designer, where she spent over a decade in the large-format signage and print industry, mastering the art of visual storytelling and branding. Over the years, she expanded her expertise into marketing, branding, and design, gaining a deep understanding of how visuals can shape both business presence and guest experience.
She has styled events and delivered signage for iconic Australian brands and agencies including The Pancake Parlour, The Digital Picnic, and has also worked with leading fashion labels such as Eliya the Label.
Beyond styling, Josephine has become a trusted supplier to many fellow industry stylists — producing signage and print for leading names in the beauty and fashion industry, and strengthening her reputation as a collaborative and reliable creative partner.
Entrepreneurial by nature, Josephine thrives on helping businesses and individuals bring their ideas to life. This philosophy has guided the growing success of The Design Planner.
Today, she merges her design expertise with event styling to create cohesive, memorable experiences. Whether it’s a corporate activation, a wedding, or a milestone celebration, each project is approached with creativity, precision, and an eye for detail.
Away from the studio and event floor, Josephine is also a busy mum of two beautiful girls. Balancing life between her family and two businesses means there’s never a dull moment, and her daughters continue to be her biggest joy and daily motivation.
